Tasting Note :
Attired with a purple jacket, exhaling flowers of violet and fresh grapes. Even though the vineyard is found on the plains of Puligny it offers a density of a wine from the slopes of Cote d’Or, fruits of black cherry coated with firm tannins. A year in the cellar to reach its summit.

Winemaking :
Fermentation in open wooden vats followed by a maturing on fine lees (25% new oak barrels / 75% barrels aged 1 and up to 5 years) for 12 months.
